Medicare market and become part of a dynamic sales team that is an industry leader in professionalism and drive for success. This role is primarily accountable for sales analytics, compliance metrics and follow up, and managing of overall lead and sales performance.
Proficient in excel. Data base management helpful.
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
Appropriate state license to sell insurance as required by state law, subject to product sold.
Previous (2-4 years) related telemarketing or direct sales experience, preferably with Medicare.
Demonstrated experience of strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to use standard corporate software packages and corporate applications.
Minimum of 1 year recent and related experience in conducting and interpreting quantitative/qualitative analysis.
Experience in a sales environment preferred.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Sales/California Health and Life Insurance License is desired

Aetna Medicare offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of our new Medicare product launch and work closely in supporting the sales team by driving broker and General agency results. Background working for a Medicare General agency or carrier is preferred. Position will work either out of San Francisco or Walnut Creek office.
