We are actively seeking candidates for the position of Business Analyst to analyze general or specific business functions, processes, systems, and business models in order to improve efficiency and profitability and to achieve strategic objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
Define?configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data
Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
Develop good relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve business practices and efficiencies
At least 5 years experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance or a related field
A degree or diploma in a related area or discipline
Proven experience in eliciting requirements, testing, and analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions, leading
Experience in leading a team and supporting successful projects
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Advanced technical skills and proficiency in utilizing business analysis tools and programs
Good knowledge in generating process documentation, creating detailed reports and giving presentations
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
