Aero Studios Limited, a high-end residential, commercial, and product design firm seeks a Product Designer with experience in traditional home furnishing and accessories including; dinnerware, textiles, furniture, lighting and bath fixtures for all Thomas O'Brien Product lines.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work with a strong initiative on multiple projects simultaneously, some with short timelines. AutoCAD, detailed rendering skills, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Office Suite required.
Job Description:
The Product Designer will translate into AutoCAD all creative details for various home product categories as directed by President and Chief Designer of Aero Studios Limited, Thomas O'Brien.
The Product Designer reports to the Product Design Creative Director
Essential Responsibilities:
Execute design direction as provided by Chief Designer to produce all necessary AutoCAD documents, engineering level construction drawings
Assist with preparation of presentations for regular clients meetings
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partner PD teams ensuring quality of final product
Daily communication about workload; follow up on productivity and progress
