We are seeking an Intellectual Property associate for its New York offices with 3-4 years of U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) prosecution experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in trademark and some patent prosecution, and in coordinating the global enforcement and defense of registered trademarks, including before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
