Job Description
AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Senior Marketing Specialist for employment based in the Burnaby, BC office. This is a temporary position, expecting to last approximately 16-18 months.
The appropriately qualified candidate will work under the direction of the Water Business Line Marketing Manager as a member of the Canada Region marketing team. Their primary responsibility is to support and coordinate the production of proposals and marketing material in response to formal client Requests for Proposals for the Water business sector.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
+ Coordinate and/or draft responses to requests for proposals and expressions of interest, external questionnaires and statements of qualifications. _Assist_ with complex, multi-volume and strategic Proposal and Business Development efforts; _Lead_ smaller, less complicated submissions.
+ Produce documents in MS Office Suite or ADOBE Creative Suite which includes Photoshop, InDesign and other applications.
+ Support with Capture Planning based on Water business line top pursuits.
+ Coordinate proposal pursuit teams; facilitate proposal meetings (Go/NoGo conversations) and conduct quality reviews to ensure compliance with RFP requirements & corporate brand.
+ Coordinate and provide support on proposals across North America's Water Business Line, if required.
+ Coordinate debriefs, report results and implement on any necessary improvements.
+ Work with different individuals in the Water business line to gain exposure to various market sectors.
+ Maintain marketing information such as opportunities, resumes and project sheets in the Salesforce system.
+ Support Client Account Managers (CAMS) to update Salesforce.
+ Assist with strategy and preparation of presentation and interview materials.
+ Interface with technical and management staff to develop marketing collateral and track progress of assigned opportunities in Salesforce; work in collaboration with the Canada marketing teams across all business lines and regions.
+ Required to provide local support on district-related/multi-disciplinary events including water award submissions, water town hall meetings, client receptions, advertising, conferences, publicity engagements, as appropriate.
+ Required to attend local business line meetings, specifically monthly water business line pipeline calls.
+ Coordination with the Marketing Communications group regarding business line social media and website content.
+ Work closely with and provide support to the Water Regional Business Line Lead (RBLL) executive.
+ Some travel within North America may be necessary.

Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelors degree in a related field
+ 4+ years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
+ Proficient with MS Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
+ 5+ years of related experience
+ Experience using ADOBE Creative Suite and Salesforce would be an asset
