AECOM is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to be based in our Calgary, Alberta location. This is a full-time position.
This position will provide intermediate level support to the Proposal group. The Proposal Coordinator will coordinate with various functions to manage the deliverables on the proposal or day-to-day Proposal group function. The Coordinator will work on specific deliverables in coordination with the concerned function, if required, to support the functional deliverables (e.g. review of bid documents and specifications to identify general terms & conditions, assist in preparing proposal plan and meeting templates, follow up with functions on their deliverables, etc.).
May include the following responsibilities:
+ Assists in proposal writing and presentations.
+ Assists in implementing client relations programs and trade shows.
+ Produces regularly scheduled reports from marketing database. Is able to analyze and present data for purposes of evaluation and decision making.
+ Develop and implement proposal strategies.
+ Create and publish market-specific presentations, project-specific qualification materials, and develop and implement proposal and qualifications strategies.
+ U nder direct supervision, may complete marketing assignments requiring independent judgment.
+ Demonstrates excellent communication skills and the ability to recognize, process, and present information.
+ May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned proposal personnel.

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field from an accredited college or university or demonstrated equivalent.
+ Intermediate knowledge of MS Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat.
+ Great verbal and written communication skills.
+ Able to work in team environment and individually.
+ Must be resourceful and independent thinker who is a self-starter with excellent prioritization skills.
+ Demonstrated good judgment and decision making.
+ Adept at working in a highly demanding, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
+ Extremely strong follow-up skills, service oriented and embraces change.
+ Excellent organizational skills with focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
+ 0-5 years of marketing/proposal experience in the engineering and construction industry or related industries is preferred.
