Company: Advonex International develops and sells sustainable ingredients for lubricants, cosmetics, personal care products and other markets. Produced using a patented process, our ingredients deliver performance that exceeds their petroleum-based counterparts at a cost-competitive price. Awarded the 2018 Chemical Innovation of the Year by World Bio Markets and nominated the Most Sustainable Raw Material of 2017 by the Society of Cosmetic Chemists, the company aims to make the world a better place by helping you improve your business with our scientific innovations. Our Science. Your Business. Better World.
The Company s first product is Entrada -BASE - a replacement for base oils used to produce automotive and industrial lubricants. Entrada-BASE enables formulators to produce lubricants with higher viscosity index, lower volatility and lower friction coefficient than petroleum base oils. Furthermore, it is easier to formulate into motor oils than poly-alpha-olefins (PAOs) and is more cost-effective. No other biologically-derived lubricant can deliver that level of performance. Advonex has produced Entrada-BASE from soybean, canola, used cooking oil, coconut, palm, distiller s corn oil, tallow and lard with equal success. In short, Entrada-BASE delivers superior performance at a lower cost and while reducing GHG emissions.
Advonex International is poised to scale up production and build commercial facilities that will address the growing demand for high-performance sustainable products and are looking to expand the team with individuals who not only have the knowledge and experience but who also have an entrepreneurial spirit and drive that will help Advonex International get to the next level of growth.
