Status: W-2, Full Time

Advocate Construction is a locally owned and operated, and services the Chicago and surrounding areas! We specialize in insurance claims, restoration and Roofing both commercial and residential. Our Territory Sales Representatives help homeowners and our community with storm disaster recovery. Our team will work in storm-affected areas to inform homeowners of what has happened, and our goal is to bring homes back to pre-storm condition. Because of this, insurance companies cover nearly all of our work.

NO EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM! Advocate Construction delivers the greatest training program available to our new employees. Upon hire, you will receive 1 on 1, extensive training on basic construction, insurance, and specific problem solving skills necessary to assist homeowners through the sometimes daunting claims process.

Requirements

• Daily canvas of assigned territories, on foot.
• Inspecting & documenting homes for storm damage
• Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the claims process and sign restoration agreements.
• Marketing/lead generation for new prospects
• Schedule meetings with insurance adjusters to obtain insurance scope of work to be completed.
• Maintain communication with homeowners from start to finish to ensure the process is seamless

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers.
• Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof when necessary.
• Must have access to a Pick-Up Truck
• Must be able to carry an extension ladder
• Sales experience is a preferred, but not required
