Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer, the Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for total new revenue at Advisor Websites. We are looking for someone who can stimulate, grow and nurture the Growth department to put Advisor Websites front and center in the financial services industry. This individual must be passionate, driven and experienced with a proven track record of success. With a knowledge of the B2B SaaS industry, this candidate understands the market, our product and how to successfully combine the two.
What You'll Be Doing:
Creating and executing on our Sales and Marketing strategies on a quarterly and annual basis
Facilitating strategic planning within the department while engaging with a broad set of key stakeholders to be an effective asset to the team
Representing the Growth department at Senior Leadership reporting sessions, effectively conveying opportunities and threats in the marketplace
Developing Advisor Websites' position, messaging, and branding to effectively tell our story to the financial services industry
Exceeding our quarterly and annual Annual Recurring Revenue and One Time Revenue targets (ARR and OTR)
Recruiting and training employees within the Sales and Marketing team
Leading and deciding how we bring our products to the market. Combining research, positioning, and messaging to maximize adoption
You'll Be a Good Fit If:
You have experienced significant success within the B2B SaaS industry
You have experience developing, growing and leading through managers
You've successfully carried a sales quota at some point in your career
You have successfully recruited and trained a team
You have recruited and trained a first-class team that hunts targets like prey
You understand the role that the Sales and Marketing teams play in the Customer Journey and have some great ideas ready to deploy
You're a pro at Hubspot (or similar CRM)
