Coop Job for Marketing & Admin work At Advertisy Inc.

Job Summary

The Rep will be required to work on Online Business Listings for business contacts to call and request appointments for our sales team. The job requires data entry skills, basic Microsoft Excel, and Word knowledge. Everyday work will include appointment scheduling through research, data entry and calls. Some field work might be required to make in-person appointments. This is a full-time co-op position located in Brampton on Dean Street (Kennedy/ Steeles).

Responsibilities and Duties

• Research business listings
• Data entry
• Schedule client appointments on phone
• Ability to walk clients through our products, processes, and procedures
• Increase brand awareness
• Communicate and coordinate with Account Manager counterpart
• Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions

Qualifications and Skills

• Good communication skills in English
• Able to speak Punjabi/Hindi/Urdu
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Extremely positive attitude and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
