We are currently hiring Open Class Instructors for our partners in Beijing, China. As a partner of AdventurAbroad, we will fully assist you from the start of your application process until our assistance is no longer necessary.

Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Teach approximately 15-20 hours per week, including but not limited to, regular class, open class, and piloting/testing class, and offline tutoring and marketing activity.
• Particulate film/video making for curriculum, teacher training, marketing team to meet and excel VIPKID standard.
• Design and develop curriculum and courseware for open-classes when there is off-class time;
• Better if someone has a few years' experiences in ESL/CCSS/CEFR curriculum development;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or above degree in Education or performing related majors
• Possess a good command of the English language with TEFL Certificate
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in English Language Teaching for 3-12 years old
• Drama, Performance Arts or Music background is a strong advantage
• Able to deliver high-quality classes on video that involves song, drama, and dance to our online learners
• Able to write engaging ESL/CCSS/CEFR lesson plans and training materials;
• Able to work full-time with occasional overtime
