3PL Advantage is on the hunt for a driven, out-going and experienced sales individual, looking to grow their career with a start-up. As a Business Development Representative, you will be actively selling Truck Load transportation services by engaging with clients over phone and email. Business Development Representatives identify the most cost-effective logistics solutions; while having a strong operational focus on moving customer product safely and on-time.
What are your responsibilities?
- Prospect new customers by cold calling, and drive new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with external clients, customers, suppliers, and vendors
- Act as the main point of contact, handling customer's individual needs
- Manage client expectations by providing seamless customer service
- Address client concerns and implement solutions
- Identify market trends
- Collaborate and work with internal support teams
What are we looking for?
