Key Account Manager At 3M

Location: Milton, Ontario

Job Description

3M is seeking a ‘National Account Manager for its Consumer Division team located in Milton, ON . The successful candidate will make an impact by executing strategic goals, aligning customer plans, and best in class execution with cross-functional teams for the Drug & Grocery Channel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with account regional managers to convert and grow our 3M retail business (developing and executing off shelf programs, etc.)
  • Align with Accounts to position 3M as the preferred portfolio of products
  • New product introductions (NPI), including making recommendations to replace competition with 3M
  • Perform monthly reviews with Sobeys, Giant Tiger, Dollar Tree

Basic Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education, Business preferred
  • Previous CPG Experience
  • Proven Track Record of exceeding forecast and KPI’s
  • Positive, can do attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Business
  • Previous account experience within Discount, Drug & Grocery Channels
  • Direct Account Experience with Sobeys, Giant Tiger, Lawtons, and Dollar Tree is an asset
  • Salesforce experience is an asset
  • Working knowledge of SAP is an asset
  • Passion for Retail and e-Commerce
  • Ability to speak French is an asset, but not required

Travel: In this role, you will be required to travel approximately 35 % of the time, which may involve overnight stays. A valid driver’s license is required.
