US Inside Sales At 360LEARNING

Location: New York, New York

Job Description

360Learning has become the fastest growing EdTech (Education Technology) scale-up in Europe since it was created in 2014, by disrupting the Corporate Learning market. We are now 100+ employees in New York, Paris & London, supporting 1,200+ customers in 160 countries, such as Dior, Criteo, Safran, Michelin, BNP, Axa & Devialet.

Our mission is to help companies become Learning Organizations, by connecting their Leaders with their Learners. With our Learning Engagement Platform, they:

  • empower internal Business Experts, transforming them into active Leaders who create courses and train the others;
  • connect Leaders with Learners in a highly engaging, user-friendly, modern web interface where they interact and exchange knowledge (resulting in 90% participation rate vs. 45% on average);
  • scale fast & effective trainings to the full organization (in a few hours vs. several months), integrating 360Learning seamlessly with other tools such as HRIS and CRM;
  • optimize courses by leveraging user data to make Smart Recommendations.

What you will do

As Inside Sales, you will integrate 360Learning’s US team in New York and become a key player to enable our growth in the US.

Your role will be to qualify new business opportunities in the US, by leveraging leads generated by our amazing Marketing Team.

You will be in charge of:

  • Analyzing and prioritizing your portfolio of leads;
  • Understand the prospect’s context and needs, including: company profile, current tools and organization, need for Digital Learning, fit with 360Learning’s value proposition;
  • Assess the opportunity for 360Learning:
  • If the project is out of scope, you dismiss it;
  • If the project meets our area of expertise, but is not sufficiently mature, you set up a follow-up and determine a plan to evangelize into the prospect’s organization and make the project mature;
  • If the project is mature, you compile all the information in order to transmit it to the Corporate Sales Manager, who will be in charge of managing the opportunity through the pipeline and closing the sale.

You will also have an active role in improving internal processes, qualification and sales methodologies and corporate culture.
