Technical Account Manager At 360incentives

Location: Whitby, Ontario

Job Description

We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our Operations Team and help us take things to the next level.

Position Summary

The Technical Account Manager is tasked with driving client success with the current client solution while setting the stage for a successful migration to 360’s core platform over 12-18 months

Responsibilities

Product Ownership for a Complex Client Solution
  • Intake for new enhancement requests
  • Guide client through implementation on legacy vs. next gen platform decisions
  • Be the expert on solution features, functionality and business drivers
  • Lead a development teams for product enhancements and maintenance
Business Leadership for a Major Technical Migration
  • Represent the client in migration planning from a client solution to 360’s core platform
  • Evangelize the benefits of 360’s platform and set clear, realistic expectations
Technical Account Management for a Large, Strategic Client
  • Represent the 360 technology team for all technical concerns related to the client solutions, including App Support, ongoing projects and longer-term migration to 360’s core platform
  • Provide regular updates on status of ongoing enhancement projects, app support and migration

Qualifications
  • 5 or more years of product management, account management, application support or related experience at SaaS technology companies
  • Exceptional client management skills
  • Equally comfortable working with senior business members as you would with development
  • Compelling oral and written communication skills
  • Practical experience with both Waterfall and Agile development principles
