Senior Account Manager At 360i

Location: Chicago, Illinois

Job Description

The Senior Account Manager is the day-to-day lead with both client and internal teams, supporting the management of complex search and PLA programs. This person must be organized, well-spoken, and have leadership qualities, as they manage projects to meet client needs. This person oversees advanced projects and coaches junior team members. He/she will lead and maintain ownership of projects from beginning to end without losing sight of the big picture.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Lead client meetings and day-to-day client and internal communication, set priorities and expectations, and present with confidence.
  • Own day-to-day project management and provide clear, concise direction to all team members.
  • Become an expert in client’s business and use that expertise to inform recommendations.
  • Partner with media teams to manage and analyze SEM and PLA campaigns effectively, including drawing insights from data and reviewing deliverables for quality, media best practices, and relevance to client’s business.
  • Prepare well-crafted decks that tell a story, have a POV and answer “so what” for the team and the client.
  • Identify workflow efficiencies and enhancements for self and team.
  • Acts as gate-keeper in identifying red flags and recommending proactive solutions to mitigate risk.
  • Oversee cross-functional processes and identifies opportunities to leverage various agency resources.
  • Support the team with client budget management and billing related responsibilities.
  • Partner with team leadership on strategic initiatives and in the development and presentation of solutions that drive business.
  • Ad hoc duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Digital media experience
  • Hands-on paid search and/or analytics experience preferred
  • Exhibit maturity and set the demeanor for the team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Follows the tenants of Trusted Advisor to the clients, including being a critical thinker to foster sound, business-focused decision making for the team.
  • Expertise in the fundamentals of paid search, and preferably a base knowledge of other digital channels.
  • Baseline understanding of digital media/paid search tracking, optimization, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to unify cross-functional teams to work as one toward common goals and client satisfaction.
  • Master the aspects of organizing daily work volume as well as team deliverables.
  • Responsible for identifying workflow efficiencies and enhancements for self and team.
  • Confident in front of both the team and the client.
  • Significant Microsoft Excel knowledge, as well as PowerPoint knowledge.
