About This Opportunity
2nd Swing is looking for a few high-energy and experienced Senior Sales Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a very good understanding and passion for the game of golf. Candidates must have a minimum of eight years of sales experience (preferably within a retail environment) including golf equipment and technical knowledge. We hire highly-skilled professionals who strive to give all customers a great experience. We have a culture of working hard, while having fun and believe our employees should maintain a good work-life balance.
This is a part-time, flexible role. The right candidate will be able to flex up in hours during the busy season and down in the off-season. Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends and evenings. Starting pay is based on experience and qualifications.

* Demonstrated customer-centric superior sales skills
* Excellent communication skills with proven ability to build rapport with a variety of customers and fellow employees
* Ability to work smart by setting goals, establishing priorities and planning well, in order to produce quality work
* Above average knowledge of current issue golf equipment
